Academics

Academics at Faribault Lutheran School

Educating the whole child – spiritually, academically, emotionally, physically, and artistically – is a core value of FLS. This is accomplished through a solid, Christ-centered education combined with a strong partnership between home and school, small class sizes, advanced curriculum, extracurricular activities, and the latest technology applications.

FLS is committed to providing a challenging academic experience while focusing on critical skills, work ethic, foundational learning, character building and meeting the academic rigor at each grade level.

Christ remains the spiritual foundation of all that students learn and experience at FLS, providing a safe place to learn and grow.

Faribault Lutheran School is an accredited K-8 Lutheran School by the National Lutheran School Association (NLSA) and focuses on core areas including: purpose, relationships, governance, professional personnel, student services, teaching and learning and facilities.
